
Alessandra Mussolini
Alessandra Mussolini, born in Rome on December 30, 1962, is an Italian politician, former actress, and television personality. A granddaughter of Benito Mussolini, she began her artistic career at a young age, acting in films such as "A Special Day" (1977) by Ettore Scola and obtaining roles in several films in the 1980s. In 1982, she recorded the pop album "Amore" in Japan, her only record.
After leaving the entertainment world, she dedicated herself to politics and was elected for the first time to the Chamber of Deputies in 1992 with the Italian Social Movement. Throughout her long institutional career, she has served multiple times as a deputy, Senator of the Republic, and Member of the European Parliament, serving in political parties such as National Alliance and Forza Italia and founding the Social Action movement.
Since the 2000s, she has combined her political commitment with a constant television presence as a commentator on numerous talk shows and entertainment programs.
