Antonella Costa (Rome, March 19, 1978) is an Italian-born Argentine actress. After moving to Argentina at the age of four, she became a prominent figure in the New Argentine Cinema from the late 1990s. Her career breakthrough came with the role of Maria in Marco Bechis's *Garage Olimpo* (1999), an intense performance that earned her international acclaim, including a special David di Donatello and the Best Actress award at the Havana Film Festival. Her filmography includes notable works such as *El viento se llevó lo que* (1998), *La fuga* (2001), and *El fondo del mar* (2003), for which she won the Silver Condor Award for Best Actress. She has also appeared in globally recognized productions such as *The Motorcycle Diaries* (2004).
