Baran Rasoulof
Baran Rasoulof is an Iranian actress, the daughter of renowned director Mohammad Rasoulof. She gained international recognition in 2024 for her acclaimed performance in the film *The Seed of the Sacred Fig*, directed by her father. In the feature film, which explores family and social tensions in contemporary Iran, she plays the role of one of the daughters of a judge at the Revolutionary Court in Tehran. Her performance was praised by critics for its intensity and depth. The film was presented in competition at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, where it won the prestigious Special Jury Prize.
