Brian Andrews, born October 17, 1966, is an American actor, known primarily for his career as a child actor in the late 1970s and 1980s. His most famous and recognized role is that of Tommy Doyle in John Carpenter's horror classic *Halloween* (1978), where he plays one of the children babysat by Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) and is among the first to sense the threat of Michael Myers. His filmography also includes appearances in films such as *The Great Santini* (1979) and the teen comedy *Three O'Clock High* (1987), as well as various roles in television films and series. Although his acting career slowed after the late 1980s and he largely retired from the screen, his role in *Halloween* has earned him lasting recognition. Despite not having won any major film awards, he is considered an iconic figure in the horror genre and frequently attends conventions dedicated to the genre to celebrate the film's legacy.
