
Carlo Cartier
Carlo Cartier, the stage name of Carlo Cartoni (Modica, 1952), is an Italian actor and voice actor. A graduate of the "Silvio D'Amico" National Academy of Dramatic Arts in Rome, he has built his career primarily in theater. He has worked with leading directors such as Giorgio Strehler, Luca Ronconi, and Luigi Squarzina, playing significant roles in works from the classical repertoire, from Shakespeare to Pirandello and Goldoni. His work also extends to television and film, with appearances in numerous successful television productions like *Carabinieri*, *Distretto di Polizia*, *Un posto al sole*, and *Squadra antimafia*, which have established his popularity with the general public. Also active as a voice actor, he has lent his voice to several characters in films and animated series. Throughout his career, he has received several awards for his theatrical work, including the prestigious Persefone Award, a testament to his contribution to Italian theater.
