
Cathryn Harrison
Cathryn Harrison (London, 25 May 1959 – Plymouth, 15 October 2018) was a British actress, the granddaughter of the renowned actor Rex Harrison. She made her film debut as a teenager, receiving critical acclaim for her performance in Robert Altman's psychological film *Images* (1972), alongside Susannah York. Another significant role of her early career was in the surrealist film *Black Moon* (1975), directed by Louis Malle. In the following years, her career developed primarily in television and theatre. She appeared in numerous British television productions, including the miniseries *Love on a Branch Line* (1994) and an episode of the series *Agatha Christie's Poirot*. Her filmography also includes roles in films such as *The Dresser* (1983) and *Eat the Rich* (1987). Despite a promising start, her work became less frequent in the later years of her career, though she maintained a consistent presence in the British entertainment scene.
