Charles Judels (Amsterdam, August 17, 1882 – San Francisco, February 14, 1969) was a Dutch-American actor and voice actor. He began his career in vaudeville and on Broadway before moving to Hollywood, where he became a prolific character actor, specializing in foreign character roles due to his skill with accents. His extensive filmography, which includes over 140 films, saw him primarily active during the 1930s and 1940s. His most celebrated and enduring contribution is his voice work for Walt Disney films: he provided his unmistakable voice for the characters of Stromboli and the Coachman in the classic *Pinocchio* (1940). His live-action work includes appearances in *The Great Ziegfeld* and *Swiss Miss* with Laurel and Hardy. Although he did not receive any major individual awards, his vocal performances are considered iconic in the history of animation, and his face was a staple of supporting cinema during Hollywood's Golden Age.
