Christian Dannemann Eriksen is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Manchester United and the Denmark national team. Considered one of the best attacking midfielders of his generation, he is known for his vision, passing accuracy, and set-piece ability. He began his professional career at Ajax, where he won three consecutive Dutch league titles. His talent rose to international prominence during his time at Tottenham Hotspur, where he became a key player, reaching the Champions League final in 2019. He later transferred to Inter Milan, winning the Serie A title in the 2020–2021 season. During UEFA Euro 2020, he suffered a cardiac arrest on the pitch but returned to play in the Premier League, first with Brentford and then with Manchester United, completing a comeback that was celebrated worldwide.
