Chuan Wang (王川) is a Chinese entrepreneur and technology executive, known primarily as one of the co-founders of Xiaomi Corporation. Before joining Xiaomi in 2012, he founded Duokan, a company specializing in e-book reader software, which was later acquired by Xiaomi. Within the company, Wang led the development of crucial products, establishing himself as the key figure behind the Mi TV smart TV line and the Mi Box, helping to transform Xiaomi into a leader in the home consumer electronics sector. Over the years, he has held strategic roles of increasing importance, including overseeing business in China and his appointment as Chief Strategy Officer. His contribution has been fundamental to the diversification of Xiaomi's product portfolio beyond smartphones, consolidating the company's position as an integrated technology ecosystem.
