
Delia Boccardo
Delia Boccardo (born January 29, 1948, in Genoa) is an Italian actress. She made her film debut at a very young age in the mid-1960s, distinguishing herself with her versatility in various genres, from Spaghetti Westerns to crime films. Her career was consolidated in the 1970s, when she worked with prominent directors such as Elio Petri in *Investigation of a Citizen Above Suspicion* (1970) and Nino Manfredi in *Between Miracles* (1971), a role for which she won a Grolla d'oro. She also appeared in international productions, including the American film *The Adventurers* (1970). From the 1980s, her work focused mainly on television, making her a well-known face in popular dramas and TV series such as *The Secret of the Sahara*, *La piovra 3*, and most notably *Orgoglio* (2004–2006), in which she played the role of Anna Obrofari. Concurrently, she has pursued a significant theatrical career. In 2007, she was awarded a special Nastro d'Argento in recognition of her long and prestigious career.
