Eduardo Noriega Gómez is a Spanish actor born in Santander on October 25, 1973. He achieved international fame through his collaboration with director Alejandro Amenábar, first with the debut thriller *Tesis* (1996) and then with the leading role in *Abre los ojos* (1997). For this performance, he received his first Goya Award nomination for Best Actor.
