
Eric Bogosian
Eric Bogosian is an American actor, playwright, monologist, and writer of Armenian descent. He is best known for his intense plays and monologues, including *Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll* and *Pounding Nails in the Floor with My Forehead*. His most celebrated play, *Talk Radio* (1987), was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and he starred in Oliver Stone's film adaptation, a role that earned him the Silver Bear at the Berlin Film Festival. As an actor, he gained great popularity for his portrayal of Captain Danny Ross in the television series *Law & Order: Criminal Intent*. His versatile career also includes roles in films such as *Uncut Gems* and series such as *Succession* and *Billions*. The author of several novels, over the years he has received numerous awards for his work as a playwright, including three Obie Awards and a Guggenheim Fellowship.
