Şerif Sezer is a Turkish film, theater, and television actress, born on December 12, 1946, in Mudanya. After graduating from the Ankara State Conservatory, she began her career on the theater stage before making her big-screen debut. She achieved international fame with her role in the film *Yol* (1982) by Yılmaz Güney, which won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival. Her filmography includes highly successful and critically acclaimed titles such as *Mustafa Hakkında Herşey* (All About Mustafa, 2004) and *Babam ve Oğlum* (My Father and My Son, 2005). She has also gained immense popularity on television, starring in widely followed series such as *Asmalı Konak* and *Karagül*.
