Ernie Sabella is an American actor and voice actor, best known as the original voice of the warthog Pumbaa in the Disney animated classic *The Lion King* (1994). He has reprised the role in all the franchise's sequels, spin-offs, and television series, including *Timon & Pumbaa* and *The Lion Guard*, as well as in numerous video games, inextricably linking his career to the character.
