He is best known for his roles in iconic films such as "La vaquilla" (1985) by Luis García Berlanga and for his collaboration with Pedro Almodóvar, playing the memorable taxi driver in "Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown" (1988), a role that brought him international recognition.
