Iran Outari is an Iranian-born, naturalized Italian architect, designer, and academic. A graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, where she is an associate professor, her professional and research activity lies at the intersection of architecture, interior, and exhibit design. Through her studio, OUT Design, she develops projects that explore the relationship between cultural identity, space, and the user, with a particular focus on material innovation and sustainability. Her work includes exhibition designs for major museum institutions, interior architecture projects for residential and commercial spaces, and product design. Her work has received significant national and international recognition, including an Honorable Mention at the prestigious Compasso d'Oro ADI award. Her works have been exhibited in prominent venues such as the Venice Architecture Biennale and published in numerous specialized industry journals, consolidating her position in the contemporary design landscape.
