John Fiedler
John Fiedler (1925-2005) was a prolific American actor and voice actor, known for his high-pitched voice and mild-mannered appearance, which made him a highly sought-after character actor. His long career on stage and screen includes the memorable role of the nervous Juror No. 2 in the classic film *12 Angry Men* (1957) and numerous appearances on television series such as *Star Trek* and *The Bob Newhart Show*. However, Fiedler is most celebrated for his voice work for Disney. He lent his distinctive voice to the character of Piglet in all *Winnie the Pooh* productions from 1968 until his death, becoming the definitive voice of the character for generations. His other Disney voice roles include the Porcupine in *The Fox and the Hound* (1981) and the elderly Rudy in *The Emperor's New Groove* (2000). For his significant contribution to animation, he was posthumously named a Disney Legend in 2006.
