June Chadwick (Warwickshire, 30 November 1951) is a British actress whose career was primarily active during the 1980s. She is internationally known for her role as Lydia, the alien antagonist in the science fiction television miniseries *V: The Final Battle* and the subsequent series, *V*. In film, she gained widespread recognition for playing Jeanine Pettibone in the cult mockumentary *This Is Spinal Tap* (1984). Her television career also includes a regular role as Lieutenant Joanna Parisi in the detective series *Riptide*. Her other film credits include the science fiction horror *Forbidden World* (1982) and appearances in films such as *The Golden Child* (1986) and *Jumpin' Jack Flash* (1986). After working steadily for nearly two decades, she retired from acting in the mid-1990s to pursue other interests.
