Justin Randall Timberlake (Memphis, January 31, 1981) is an American singer-songwriter, actor, and record producer. He rose to international fame in the late 1990s as a member of the boy band NSYNC, one of the most commercially successful groups of all time. His solo career took off in 2002 with the album *Justified*, which earned him his first two Grammy Awards thanks to hits like "Cry Me a River." This success was consolidated with *FutureSex/LoveSounds* (2006), a critically acclaimed album featuring an innovative sound that defined the pop music of the decade.
