
Katrine Boorman
Katrine Boorman is a British actress and director, the daughter of the celebrated director John Boorman. Her career is inextricably linked to her father's work, who directed her in her most iconic role as Igrayne, mother of King Arthur, in the cult film *Excalibur* (1981). She also acted in other films by her father, such as *The Emerald Forest* (1985) and *Hope and Glory* (1987). Her subsequent filmography includes appearances in international productions such as Sofia Coppola's *Marie Antoinette* (2006) and Bruno Dumont's *Camille Claudel 1915* (2013), demonstrating her versatility. In addition to acting, Boorman has moved behind the camera, directing the 2012 autobiographical documentary *Me and Me Dad*.
