Kelly Adams is a British actress, born in Lincoln. Trained at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London, she is best known to the public for her television roles, particularly as Emma Kennedy in the BBC series *Hustle* (from series five to eight) and as junior doctor Mickie Hendrie in the medical drama *Holby City*. For her performance in the latter series, she received the 2006 TV Quick Award for Best Newcomer. Her film credits include the biographical film *Bronson* (2008), alongside Tom Hardy, and the romantic comedy *My Last Five Girlfriends* (2009). Also active in theatre, she has appeared in several stage productions. She later appeared in series such as *Mr Selfridge* and the film *The Selfish Giant* (2013), further establishing her versatility as a performer on the British scene.
