Ketty de la Cámara (1919-1976) was a Spanish actress known for her prolific career in post-war cinema and theater. Specializing in supporting roles, she was distinguished by her versatility and stage presence, becoming a familiar face in Spanish cinema of the 1940s and 1950s. She worked under the direction of important directors of the era, such as Rafael Gil, Edgar Neville, and José Luis Sáenz de Heredia. Her most significant performances include those in classic films such as "El clavo" (1944), "La vida en un hilo" (1945), "Historias de la radio" (1955), and "La gran familia" (1962). Her talent was officially recognized in 1948 when she received the Medalla del Círculo de Escritores Cinematográficos for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film adaptation of "Don Quijote de la Mancha" (1947). Her filmography includes over fifty titles, establishing her as one of the most important character actresses of her generation.
