Kozo Hashida (橋田 宏) is a Japanese video game artist and art director, primarily known for his work with the development studio Intelligent Systems on the *Fire Emblem* series. He began his career in support roles, contributing to the user interface design and graphic elements of acclaimed titles such as *Fire Emblem: Awakening* and *Fire Emblem Fates*. His rise to a prominent role came with *Fire Emblem: Three Houses* (2019), where he served as lead character artist, defining the characters' iconic visual identity, which was met with enormous critical and public success. He subsequently assumed the role of art director for *Fire Emblem: Engage* (2023), overseeing the game's overall stylistic direction. His contribution has been fundamental to the success of these installments, which have received numerous international awards, including the "Best Strategy Game" award at The Game Awards 2019 for *Three Houses*.
