
Kristine Kujath Thorp
Kristine Kujath Thorp is a Norwegian actress born in Oslo in 1992. After training in production design in Denmark, she pursued an acting career, gaining international recognition in 2021 with her leading role in the film *Ninjababy*. For this performance, she won the Amanda Award for Best Actress, Norway's main film award. Her filmography includes other significant roles, such as in the disaster film *The Burning Sea* (2021) and the critically acclaimed black comedy *Sick of Myself* (*Syk Pike*, 2022), as well as the Danish drama *Den store stilhed* (2022). Thanks to her growing profile in Scandinavian and international cinema, in 2022 she was selected as one of the European Shooting Stars at the Berlin International Film Festival, a prestigious honor dedicated to emerging young talent in European cinema, consolidating her status as a rising star.
