
Lars Knutzon
Lars Knutzon is a Danish actor, director, and voice actor, born in Copenhagen on October 1, 1941. Born into an artistic family, he graduated from the Odense Theatre's acting school in 1967, embarking on a versatile career in theatre, film, and television. To international audiences, he is best known for his portrayal of Bent Sejr, the protagonist's seasoned political advisor, in the acclaimed TV series *Borgen*. His extensive filmography also includes roles in other successful Danish productions such as *Krøniken* and *Taxa*, a series for which he also directed several episodes. In his native Denmark, he is also one of the most recognizable voices in dubbing, having lent his voice to iconic characters such as Asterix, Woody from *Toy Story*, and Albus Dumbledore in the later films of the *Harry Potter* saga. For his significant contribution to the performing arts, he was awarded the prestigious Danish Lauritzen Prize in 2014.
