Lou Hirsch is an American actor, voice actor, and writer, known for his versatile career across film, television, and theatre. He is internationally known primarily as the original voice of the character Baby Herman in the 1988 film *Who Framed Roger Rabbit*. His work is closely linked to British theatre, where he co-created and starred in the successful musical *Pump Boys and Dinettes*.
