
Margaret Qualley
Margaret Qualley (born 1994) is an American actress. After training as a dancer and a brief career as a model, she gained international recognition for her role as Jill Garvey in the HBO television series *The Leftovers* (2014–2017). Her film career includes roles in movies such as *The Nice Guys* (2016), the part of Pussycat in Quentin Tarantino's *Once Upon a Time in Hollywood* (2019), and collaborations with director Yorgos Lanthimos in *Poor Things* (2023) and *Kinds of Kindness* (2024). In television, she received widespread acclaim for her portrayal of Ann Reinking in the miniseries *Fosse/Verdon* (2019) and especially for her leading role in *Maid* (2021), for which she earned Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominations. In 2024, she solidified her status by winning the Best Actress award at the Cannes Film Festival for her performance in the film *The Substance*.
