
Mark Eydelshteyn
Mark Eydelshteyn is a Russian actor born in 2002. Trained at the prestigious Moscow Art Theatre School, he began to gain notice on the international film circuit with his leading role in the film *Strana Sasha* (2022), which premiered in the Generation 14plus section of the Berlin International Film Festival. In the same year, he also appeared in the biographical film *Nika*. His career reached a decisive turning point and achieved global recognition in 2024 when he played the role of Ivan "Vanya" Zakharov, the son of a Russian oligarch, in director Sean Baker's film *Anora*. The film received the highest honor at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, winning the Palme d'Or. This victory established Eydelshteyn as one of the most promising emerging talents of his generation, bringing him to the attention of critics and audiences worldwide.
