Martha Smith is an American actress, model, and real estate agent, known primarily for her roles in film and television during the 1970s and 1980s. She began her career as a model, gaining widespread visibility as *Playboy* magazine's Playmate of the Month for July 1973. Her most iconic big-screen role is that of Barbara "Babs" Jansen in the 1978 cult comedy *Animal House*.
