Maury Chaykin (1949-2010) was an American-born Canadian actor, known for his prolific career as a character actor in film and television. His filmography includes memorable roles such as Major Fambrough in "Dances with Wolves" (1990) and appearances in cult films such as "WarGames" (1983) and "My Cousin Vinny" (1992). He was a frequent collaborator of director Atom Egoyan, appearing in acclaimed works such as "The Sweet Hereafter" (1997).
