
Michael Angarano
Michael Anthony Angarano is an American actor born in Brooklyn, New York, on December 3, 1987. He began his career as a child, gaining recognition for his role as the young William Miller in *Almost Famous* (2000) and for playing Elliot, Jack McFarland's son, in the sitcom *Will & Grace*. He later went on to star in the Disney film *Sky High* (2005) and acted alongside Jackie Chan and Jet Li in *The Forbidden Kingdom* (2008). His television career includes acclaimed performances as Dr. Bertie Chickering Jr. in the series *The Knick* and, notably, his role as a young Nick Pearson in *This Is Us*, for which he received an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor. His other credits include *Lords of Dogtown* (2005) and *Haywire* (2011). More recently, he portrayed physicist Robert Serber in the film *Oppenheimer* (2023), winning the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture along with the rest of the cast.
