
Miguel Palenzuela
Miguel Palenzuela (La Línea de la Concepción, 1940 – Madrid, 2018) was a Spanish stage, film, and television actor. His career was primarily focused on theatre, where he performed in a vast repertoire of classical and contemporary plays, establishing himself as a leading figure on the Spanish stage. Simultaneously, he maintained a prolific film career as a character actor, appearing in notable films such as *La estanquera de Vallecas* (1987), *El Lute: camina o revienta* (1987), and José Luis Garci's *El abuelo* (1998). On television, he became a familiar face to the general public through his roles in hugely successful series like *Farmacia de guardia*, *Médico de familia*, and *Cuéntame cómo pasó*. Possessing a deep and recognizable voice, he also worked as a voice actor. In 2008, he received the "Toda una vida" award from the Union of Actors and Actresses, a prestigious recognition of his long and versatile artistic career.
