
Milena Vukotić
Milena Vukotić is an Italian film, theater, and television actress. Born in Rome on April 23, 1935, she trained as a classical ballerina and actress in Italy and France. Her career is characterized by remarkable versatility, which has allowed her to work with some of the greatest international directors such as Luis Buñuel in *The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie*, Federico Fellini, Ettore Scola, and Andrei Tarkovsky in *Nostalghia*. She achieved widespread popularity with the Italian public by playing Pina, the devoted and patient wife of Paolo Villaggio in the *Fantozzi* saga, a role that earned her a David di Donatello nomination and a Nastro d'Argento award for *Fantozzi in paradiso*. On television, she became a familiar face thanks to her role as Enrica Morelli in the long-running series *Un medico in famiglia*. Primarily active in theater, throughout her long career she has received numerous awards, including a special Nastro d'Argento in 2014, in recognition of her significant contribution to Italian entertainment.
