Nejat İşler (born February 29, 1972, in Istanbul) is a celebrated Turkish theater, film, and television actor. After graduating in acting from the Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory, he began his career on stage, later establishing himself as one of the most well-known faces in the Turkish film and television landscape. His filmography includes critically acclaimed works such as *Mustafa Hakkında Her Şey* (2004), *Yumurta* (2007), and *Barda* (2007), as well as his role in Nuri Bilge Ceylan's film *Kış Uykusu* (2014), winner of the Palme d'Or at Cannes. On television, he gained widespread popularity with series such as *Aliye* and especially with the iconic role of the antagonist Ercüment Çözer in the cult series *Behzat Ç. Bir Ankara Polisiyesi*. Throughout his career, he has received several awards, including the Best Actor award at the Antalya International Film Festival for his performance in *Yumurta*.
