Nora Ricci (Viareggio, 19 July 1924 – Rome, 16 April 1976) was an Italian stage and screen actress. The daughter of actors Renzo Ricci and Margherita Bagni, she graduated from the National Academy of Dramatic Arts, dedicating much of her career to the stage. She became a key performer for director Luchino Visconti, with whom she worked extensively in theater. Their fruitful collaboration also continued in cinema, where Ricci, though often cast in character roles, left an indelible mark. Among her most celebrated performances are those in Visconti's films *Bellissima* (1951), *The Damned* (1969), *Death in Venice* (1971), and *Ludwig* (1973). For her intense performance in *The Damned*, she won the Nastro d'Argento for Best Supporting Actress. Equally significant was her role in Liliana Cavani's *The Night Porter* (1974). She was married to actor Vittorio Gassman, with whom she had a daughter, Paola, who is also an actress.
