Odeya Rush is an Israeli-American actress and director. After beginning her career with small parts in television series such as *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit* and *Curb Your Enthusiasm*, she gained international recognition for her role as Fiona in the science fiction film *The Giver* (2014). This role earned her several nominations, including one at the Teen Choice Awards. Subsequently, she solidified her fame by starring in successful productions such as the horror-comedy *Goosebumps* (2015), alongside Jack Black, and Greta Gerwig's critically acclaimed film *Lady Bird* (2017). For her performance in the latter, she shared a nomination with the entire cast for the prestigious Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast. Her filmography also includes titles such as *Dumplin'* (2018) and *Let It Snow* (2019). In addition to acting, Rush has ventured into directing, helming the short film *Thanks*.
