
Pedro Miguel Martínez
Pedro Miguel Martínez is a Spanish actor, born in Mieres, Asturias, on September 16, 1956. Trained at the Royal School of Dramatic Arts (RESAD) in Madrid, he has built a solid career primarily in theatre and television, distinguishing himself with his versatility. On television, he is widely known for his roles in successful series such as *Cuéntame cómo pasó*, *Policías, en el corazón de la calle*, and especially for his portrayal of Vicente Maroto in the popular sitcom *La que se avecina*, which earned him great popularity. His work in theatre is equally prolific, with performances in numerous classical and contemporary productions. He has also appeared in several films, although his fame is mainly linked to his work in television and theatre. For his performance in *La que se avecina*, in 2015 he received the Spanish Actors and Actresses Union Award for Best Supporting Actor in Television, one of the most prestigious honors in the industry in Spain.
