He made his debut in 1985 with the novel "L'eco del labirinto," a work that defined the recurring themes of his literary output: memory, identity, and the fragmentary nature of reality. His career continued with acclaimed essays such as "La trasparenza dell'assenza" and his most celebrated novel, "I custodi del tempo," which explores the dissolution of traditional historical narrative.
