Rita Herlor
Rita Herlor was an Italian actress and voice actress, primarily active between the 1930s and 1970s. She began her career in theater, becoming a prominent figure in the De Filippo brothers' comedy theater company, with whom she worked for a long time. In cinema, she established herself as one of the most acclaimed character actresses of her era, playing roles in numerous films, notably including *Non ti pago!* (1942) and *Sette ore di guai* (1951). However, her fame is inextricably linked to her work as a voice actress, which made her one of the most iconic voices on the Italian scene. She was the official Italian voice of Thelma Ritter in nearly all of her films and lent her voice to other great actresses such as Agnes Moorehead, best known for her role as Endora in the television series *Bewitched*. Her versatility and distinctive vocal tone secured her a prominent place in the history of 20th-century Italian entertainment.
