Roberto Camardiel (Alagón, November 29, 1917 – Zaragoza, June 15, 1989) was a Spanish actor, best known as a prolific character actor. His career, spanning over four decades, includes more than 150 film and television appearances. He became a familiar face in European genre cinema, particularly in Spaghetti Westerns, thanks to his imposing physique and his expressiveness. Among his most iconic roles are those in Sergio Leone's films: he was the hotel manager in "For a Few Dollars More" (1965) and the station master in "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" (1966). His versatility allowed him to range from comedy to drama, working with numerous Spanish and Italian directors. For his performance in the film "Mi noche de bodas" (1961), he received the Medal of the Círculo de Escritores Cinematográficos for Best Supporting Actor, consolidating his reputation in the Spanish film industry.
