Active in the industry since 1988, she is renowned for her extremely high-pitched and childlike voice, which has made her the ideal choice for voicing young children, creatures, and animals. Her career is filled with iconic roles, including Togepi in the *Pokémon* series, Himawari Nohara in *Crayon Shin-chan*, and the kitten Chi in *Chi's Sweet Home*. Other notable characters she has voiced include Pichu in the *Super Smash Bros.* video game series, May in *Guilty Gear*, and Frosch in *Fairy Tail*.
