Shigeru Saiki, born in 1952, is a Japanese actor and comedian, known as a founding member of the comedy trio City Boys, alongside Kitaro and Makoto Otake. His career spans theater, film, and television, where he has become a recognizable face in numerous supporting roles. His most notable film appearances include classics such as Juzo Itami's *Tampopo* (1985) and Masayuki Suo's *Shall We Dance?* (1996).
