
Svetlana Pismichenko
Svetlana Viktorovna Pismichenko, born on May 25, 1964, in Burly, Kazakh SSR, is a Russian theater and film actress. After graduating in 1986 from the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music, and Cinematography, she joined the permanent company of the Lensoviet Theatre in Saint Petersburg, where she has performed numerous significant roles throughout her career. Her cinematic fame is primarily linked to the role of Sveta in Aleksei Balabanov's cult film *Brat* (1997), a character she reprised in the sequel *Brat 2* (2000). In addition to her film work, she has a prolific career as a voice actress, lending her voice to the character of Nyusha in the popular Russian animated series *Smeshariki*, known internationally as *Kikoriki*. For her contribution to the arts, she was awarded the honorary title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation in 2003.
