Tamer Levent is a Turkish actor, director, art director, and writer. Trained at the Ankara State Conservatory, he has dedicated a significant part of his career to the Turkish State Theatres, where he also served as general director and founded major theatre festivals. He is the creator of the "Sanata Evet" (Yes to Art) philosophy, which aims to promote the integration of art into daily life. On the big screen, he gained international fame for his role as Suavi in Nuri Bilge Ceylan's film *Kış Uykusu* (Winter Sleep), which won the Palme d'Or at Cannes in 2014. His popularity was further solidified by successful television series such as *İstanbullu Gelin* and *Camdaki Kız*.
