Tatiana Rey (b. 1987) is a Swiss artist whose practice focuses mainly on painting, extending to drawing and installation. A graduate of the Haute École d'art et de design (HEAD) in Geneva, her artistic research explores the boundaries between abstraction and figuration. Her works are characterized by complex layering of color, transparencies, and painterly gestures that evoke inner landscapes, memories, and fragments of reality, investigating the perception of space and time. She has rapidly risen to prominence in the contemporary art scene, with numerous solo and group exhibitions in Switzerland and internationally, which have highlighted her unique chromatic and compositional sensibility. Her talent has been recognized with some of the most important Swiss awards for young artists, notably including the Swiss Art Award, the Prix Kiefer Hablitzel, and the Prix Bédier.
