Tina Gloriani
Tina Gloriani, the stage name of Costantina Gloriani (Rome, 1935), is an Italian actress who was primarily active between the 1950s and 1960s. A distinctive face in Italian genre cinema, she built her career spanning the peplum, adventure, and horror genres. Among her most notable performances is her role in the film *I vampiri* (1957) by Riccardo Freda, considered the progenitor of Italian Gothic horror. She also appeared in celebrated mythological films such as Vittorio Cottafavi's *Ercole alla conquista di Atlantide* (1961) and *La rivolta dei gladiatori* (1958), cementing her image in the cinematic landscape of the era. Her versatility allowed her to play diverse roles, from queens to supporting female characters. Although she did not receive any major awards, her contribution is recognized by enthusiasts of the popular cinema of that period, who identify her as one of the significant presences in the so-called Italian 'cinema bis' before her retirement from the screen.
