Tirso Pietriga
Tirso Pietriga is a French creative director and game designer, primarily known for his work at Ubisoft Montpellier. During this time, he co-directed highly successful titles such as *Rayman Origins* and *Rayman Legends*, acclaimed for their vibrant art direction made possible by the UbiArt Framework engine. His career is inextricably linked to the award-winning *Valiant Hearts: The Great War*, an adventure game that garnered worldwide recognition, including a BAFTA, for its poignant narrative of the First World War. Subsequently, Pietriga co-founded the independent studio DigixArt, with which he continued to explore interactive and emotional narratives. Under his direction, the studio developed titles such as *11-11: Memories Retold*, also set during the Great War, and the procedural adventure game *Road 96*, consolidating his reputation for creating narrative and artistically distinctive video game experiences.
