Betsy Brantley is an American actress born in 1955 in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. She is particularly well-known to the general public for serving as the live-action reference model for the movements and performance of the animated character Jessica Rabbit in the film *Who Framed Roger Rabbit* (1988).
