Jean-Christophe Folly is a French actor, director, and playwright of Togolese origin. His career has primarily developed in theater, where he has collaborated with prominent directors such as Stanislas Nordey, Arthur Nauzyciel, and Jean-François Sivadier, performing on prestigious stages like the Festival d'Avignon. In parallel, he has pursued a film career, acting in movies such as *35 Shots of Rum* by Claire Denis and *The Young Imam* by Kim Chapiron. As a writer and director, he founded his own company, Le Chien qui Fume, through which he explores themes related to identity, memory, and cultural heritage.
