Jérémy Clapin (born February 13, 1974, in Paris) is a French director, animator, and illustrator, known for his distinctive visual style and poetic narratives. He first gained major international recognition with the short film *Skhizein* (2008), the surreal story of a man who finds himself living 91 centimeters away from himself, a work that earned him numerous awards at specialized festivals. His career reached its peak with the animated feature film *I Lost My Body* (*J'ai perdu mon corps*, 2019), based on the novel by Guillaume Laurant.
